I am very excited about this year! I am teaching the Daily Five and Literacy Café to the students during our Language Arts block to help them become better readers and writers. The Daily Five gives students a choice and an opportunity to become independent learners. In math, we are using a program called FASTT Math. This program is a way for students to focus on learning math facts. Our science topics this year are “A Plant’s Life,” “Measuring Matter,” and “Earth’s Land and Water.”
